2月17日，美國消費者安全委員會（cpsc）宣布對中國產玩具套組實施召回。
此次召回產品為anker play 10合1科學套組，包括了磁鐵（2*0.5*0.375英寸）、氣球、燈泡、金屬夾、回形針、貼紙業、電線、螺絲等。產品盒子前側印有“adventure club”。
磁鐵油漆涂層中的鉛含量超過了規定。鉛是有毒，如果幼兒攝入可能導致健康問題。此外，缺少磁鐵和氣球所需要的警告標識。
此次召回的產品于2020年8月-11月在美國銷售，售出約13000件，售價約為6美元。
截至目前，未有事故和人員傷亡報告。cpsc建議消費者立即停止使用該產品，并聯系anker play以獲得全額退款。

近日，美國國會批準了最近的撥款法案以保持政府運轉時，議員們還通過了《防止向兒童提供電子煙的在線銷售法》，該法禁止美國郵局(usps)運送電子煙產品。
在無煙替代貿易協會(sfata)網絡研討會上，pk監管策略的創始人兼總裁帕特里夏·科瓦切維奇(patricia kovacevic)表示，立法規定電子尼古丁傳送系統(ends)的定義是“向使用者吸入尼古丁，香精或任何其他物質的裝置設備?！?br>由于關系到運輸電子煙產品的風險，美國郵局usps將從2021年4月5日起，禁止在美國本土物流網運輸任何形式的電子煙產品(包括進口和出口)。
從美國過境的運輸將不受影響(例如：中國向加拿大運輸的包裹經過美國)，不是以美國為起運地和目的地的申請和項目將會被允許。
fedex宣布，從2021年5月1日起，電子煙產品將被列入禁止運輸的列表中。dhl也將電子煙產品列入不被接收的運輸列表之中。
由于美國郵政和聯邦快遞的禁制物品政策發生了變化，ups的專業銷售人員可能會收到電子煙產品賣家的要求開始使用ups發貨?；诩磳l生的政策變化，ups表示不應該為這些賣家提供服務，即使是臨時性的。
