醫用耗材供應鏈管理的整改措施及目標

摘要：本文旨在探討醫院醫用耗材供應鏈管理現狀，為醫用耗材的規范化管理提供相關建議。通過現場訪談、座談會、設計查檢表等調研方式方法，查找醫用耗材需求環節、配送環節、倉管環節等各環節中存在的問題。針對醫用耗材供應鏈各相關環節管理中存在的問題提出相應的整改措施。這些措施可優化醫用耗材供應鏈流程，完善耗材管理制度，降低耗材使用成本，提高醫院耗材精細化管理。
